此清酒是「榮光富士」一年只釀造一回的人氣作品，以稀有酒米「雪女神」為釀造原料。此米雖是山形縣酒米的代表之一，但因其產量稀少，每年只有約三十間山形縣酒造可獲平均分派，縣內的酒造組織更嚴厲限制了以「雪女神」釀製的酒款，規定以此米所釀造的必須達到「大吟釀」級別，因此每支清酒都可謂是得天獨厚的珍品佳釀，而酒造特別以「The Platinum」去命名此作品，為的就是要突顯此酒如白金般的珍貴程度，有興趣的酒迷盡快入手吧！開瓶散發洋梨般的清爽果香，細膩的口感和純淨的味道來自於超低的33%精米步合度，加上在釀造後沒有經過任何的調整，清酒的味道表現香甜優雅，米味溫和，餘韻輕巧具透明感。是一款適合冷飲配搭壽司、海鮮、或刺身等一同享用的佳釀。
