Domaine Guy Robin is a family-operated vineyard located in Chablis, known for producing high-quality Grand Cru wines such as Valmur.
Appearance: Bright, shimmering gold with glints of silver—youthful and radiant.
Nose: A captivating blend of fresh citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and white flowers (acacia, hawthorn), underpinned by wet stone, crushed oyster shell, and a touch of sea breeze. Hints of yellow apple and anise emerge with aeration.
Palate: Crisp yet richly textured, with vibrant acidity framing flavors of ripe pear, white peach, and lemon curd. The minerality is pronounced—flinty and saline—while subtle oak (if used) lends a whisper of vanilla and toasted almond. The wine’s concentration reflects its Grand Cru status.
